Behold, this strange spot on DPs back.
What is going on with the enlarged pores around it?
I've attacked it and not much came out, mostly blood. I'm hoping it will fester over night and I can attack in the morning

Looks like some sort of egg sac to me...

Insect bite? Reaction to an allergen?
