Lump appeared last night. It is getting bigger & is bloody sore. Not at home at the moment but plan to lance the bugger once I am!

Looks like an ingrown toe nail. I had similar and it had pus coming out of it, this was about 15 years ago.

I had the side of my toenail cut out at hospital in the end.

cut a v shape in your toenail to force the side to grow back in. Soak your manky toe in savlon solution.

I didn't want to mention the "missing toes" but seen as two of you have.

I stuck a needle in it & a lot of clear fluid came out - so more like a blister than an infection, I'm guessing. Been doing a running challenge this month, from having done none beforehand so it's probably just another blister.

Bit disappointed really, I was hoping for proper sporny goodness.
