Why are abscesses so fucking painful?

Antibiotics since Tuesday. Magnesium Sulphate since Sunday. Just can't get the crap out. Too sore to squeeze, although I have pricked it a few times. Help!!

Oooo. In all seriousness you need to get to minor injuries, or your practice nurse and get that seen to, and a big ole course of ABs. It has already spread and that yellow stuff inside will be teeming with bacteria. Hope you feel better soon!
