That's what I said, how the hell could you leave that alone for 4 years!!! My OH would have no chance haha!

I've never known the difference, I always just thought a cyst or boil was basically a really oversized spot!

As far as I know, a pimple/boil is infection in a blocked pore, a cyst is a little bag of cells that produce other cells (which make up the gunge). Because cysts can be infected or not infected, but a boil is always infected.

As you can tell, my expertise is limited to watching youtube from a safe distance
