Resisting the urge

Hi fellow sporners
I am a die hard sporners fan and I find the urge to squeeze difficult to control. My DD is 14 and has a mild case of teenage acne on her face and a little on her upper back and shoulders. She has a beautiful crop of ripe blackheads and white heads on her forehead as well as the occasional gloriously huge zit on her face. The urge to pin her down and go to town on her face is so strong that my fingers itch when I'm near her. Of course I don't want to cause any damage to her face so I resist, but man is it hard.
Am I the only one with this problem? Teenage faces are like a goldmine but not touching is torture.

My baby has what looks like a blocked pore on his forehead and I would LOVE to give it a quick squeeze, but I know his skin is too delicate to try it, plus he'd probably bite me if I tried

My 2 teens are finely tuned to knowing when I've spied something, must the gleam in my eye. They move away at lightening speed shouting "no, you're not getting it, leave me alone!!"
I've even offered money.

Mine did too Cats. Sadly for me they had ok skin. Ds did have a fabulous blackhead in his ear once. I cornered him in the bathroom and went at it with a grip. It refused to go.
Ds2 does get juicy little poppable blackheads on his back, he lets me at them. He's my favourite. ❤️

I've just tackled both my teens...most satisfying and they do let me every week or so 😂Tonight both had blackheads IN THEIR EARS. It was a thing of beauty, I tell you 👍🏼

LordPercy - I hope you appreciate just how fortunate you are to have such giving children?!
I only need to rest my gaze on their faces for a second too long and they start getting twitchy.

DD let me get at a bunch of blackheads around her hairline last night. It was amazing!
Dp gets some fantastic blackheads on his back and bum cheeks that he lets me work on when I have the urge.

DS has a crop of about 15 lovely ripe blackheads on his nose. He's had them for ages and he won't let me near them. I tried all sorts of things (fellow sporners' ideas) but no.
And I've got such a lovely new set of popping instruments I want to use on him.

All of you, you are my people. I just discovered this dirty little corner of mumsnet and I was up until 2am feasting on Sporn. I too have a spotty daughter who won't let me pop spots, but a lovely partner who lets me. Just after sex is my favourite time, combining two pleasures in one. I have never told anyone in realife this. Does it make me wrong.?
