Nurses do you pick patients blackheads or squeeze their spots?

Just wondering about nurses who have to look after elderly or immobile patients what do you do if you come across a massive blackhead or spot? Obviously you have to wash and keep them clean so do you have a discreet squeeze id you discover a big one?

No. That would be assault and nurses have been struck off for doing just that

In spite of being a devoted sporner I wouldn't ever do that. But a pus filled wound can be very satisfying to clean/ squeeze!

I would've thought that'd be part of 'care' - the way we do it for our loved ones if they can't reach, for example.
