Do any of you 'orrible lot use one you'd care to recommend for relieving painful pressure in the sinuses and ears?

Oh you need the NeilMed sinus wash thingy - sorry can't remember the proper name. It's really good, you feel so clear afterwards

I have a sinus infection, neilmed is amazing, it's pretty disgusting, but so satisfying. There are YouTube videos to help you get it right and stop the water coming out your mouth
