Will mag sulph do anything to a pilar cyst?

It's on my scalp and has been there for a fee years but has just decided to grow a wee bit bigger so that it's pissing me off. I'm scheduled to get it removed in about a month but I'm impatient! Will mag sulph soften it up at all? It really feels like it needs to go!

I'm not sure if there isn't a head? Bumping for more experienced sporners to comment.

Well I think it's actually reduced a bit! Going to keep plastering it on over the next few days in the hope of a mini explosion

Well, just in case anyone ever sees this - it works!

Used every day for three days and it's finally come to the surface and popped and the sweet blessed relief is wonderful
