It's been growing for days and so painful. Just walking was painful as it rubbed it, its right where my pants lay at the join of leg to body. Massive hard lump the size of a walnut. No head at all so I stabbed it with a pin 
This all came shooting out then watery blood. Oh the relief. Still a big hard lump there but will see what the morning brings
