Glass bottle Extraction <Sporners Klaxon>

How do you use the glass bottle to get the pus out. Have a very uncomfortable spot on my bum.

You heat the bottle up, and then push it firmly over the spot to create a seal.
This creates a vacuum which pulls all the lid out into the bottle. I'm a dedicated sporner, but I wouldn't do it that way if I were you. Apparently it is very painful and leaves a big wound, and can cause horrible scarring.
Better just to draw it with hot water/magnesium sulphate and then enjoy a good squeeze!

All the pus not all the lid! Fed up of the autocorrect function on this phone thinking it knows better than me

Still no pus. Have tried hot flannel but it's one big lump
