What is this? INCLUDES PICS!

For years I've been getting itchy/sore spots on my feet and sometimes hands. They're pimple-sized and usually filled with clear liquid. Occasionally (mostly in summer) I get ones filled with yellow pus on my feet, like today. Does anyone know what this might be? I am well-impressed I've gone all day without popping it it doesn't pop usually, but it feels like a pin prick when I press on it or wear shoes. All suggestions welcome!

I get it on my hands mostly, but my feet as well. It's very irritating, but keeping my feet covered helps.

My first thought was pompholyx eczema too. I used to get it on my hands and it's intensely itchy!

Thanks for your replies! What I have is nowhere near as serious as how pompholyx eczema is described there, but I'll bear it in mind!

I get this too - intensity itchy until I pop them. I also get very itchy toes with skin that seems to disintegrate but not like athletes foot.

My feet are just gross!

I get this as an allergic reaction - mainly to certain adhesives, but also some dyes (as its allergy it's not just hands and feet for me). It's not fun, you have my sympathy
