Blackhead on my thigh that I couldn't reach. DH obliged, and says it popped twice! Once on top and once deeper down. Does that mean it might have been a cyst?

I think you can get a double popper without a cyst, thinner stuff first but the thicker stuff doesn't fit through so has to be popped again.
