Just on Facebook and have come across the grossest best sporn video ever. thanks friend for sharing it in disgust I can't manage a link to it for some reason but if you search for a group called Ziggle, it was posted yesterday at 06.13. It's quite long so you have to bear with it but it's worth it!

I've just watched this and have never seen the stuff coming out like the bits of chewing gum. I wondered if it had been packed and left too long

I've been on mumsnet for 10 years and didn't know about sporner corner.

I just googled 'cyst sac' and I really, really, really wish I hadn't clicked on images. But I think that is what the chewing gum stuff was.

The ones I can't bear are the ones where insects or maggots emerge... Cheese or pus not a problem.

haha at the comment about baileys 😂 I love a good sporn video but so many questions with this one - what actually was that toffee-like stuff at the beginning? why "operate" with nail clippers and a dirty towel from the bathroom? how did the guy not have blood poisoning already?

I thought it looked like packing he hadn't bothered to get removed, so the whole thing had gone septic again. Once the packing was all pulled out the pus burst out as well.

OMG he can't have lived. That was severely infected. I couldn't actually watch it.
