Why do all these people let themselves grow such huge things?

I've just seen a video with blackheads all in someones wrinkles and giant blackheads the size of pebbes.

I just don't get it, these must of taken decades to build up. How can they let them build up so much?

Not sure on the blackheads, but the cysts are prob due to the fact that if you don't have healthcare insurance you can't afford to have them taken care of. If you let her film your cysts etc, she does it for free

Oh she does it for free if she films? Is there somewhere she spoke about thus?

I'm more talking about the blackheads, it is quick and easy to get rid of these. I'm not sure how so many people leave them for decades to grow like that.

I don't really get blackheads, always assumed they were hard to get rid of - what is the easy way, sandrabedminster?
