I just watched a totally FABULOUS 12 minute compilation of giant blackhead and cyst removals on that site and it has blown my mind.

I think she should squeeze more round the edges first though, and go in with the tweezers a bit more. She's making it look more painful than it needs to be with the way she drags and pushes with that metal extraction implement. I reckon I could do a neater job than her.
