We have a number of Mumsnetters already attending this event but would like to get a couple more folks on the list. If you've already applied for this - and not heard from us - please do check your emails or apply again and we'll be in touch.

So, does your child wet the bed? Or do you know anyone who is struggling with bedwetting problems (if so point them in this direction!)?

DryNites is holding a special Mumsnet 'meet the expert' event where you can put your questions, in person, to DryNites expert Dr Penny Dobson. As founder and former director of ERIC, the UK charity for bedwetting, Penny is one of the leading experts on bedwetting. You'll also be able to chat with other Mumsnetters in similar circumstances.

The event will take place:

~ On Thursday 30 September (next Thursday)
~ From 11.30am - 2.30pm (coffee available from 11am)
~ In Chelsea, London
~ Lunch will be served at 1pm
~ Sorry, no creche facilities will be available

If you are selected to attend and turn up on the day, you'll receive a goody bag including a £50 John Lewis voucher, and up to £50 towards travel expenses (receipts needed).

Please note you will also be filmed and the video will be used on the DryNites area on Mumsnet and possibly elsewhere. If, however, this is a problem for you please fill in the form anyway and just add a note to that effect in Q7.

If you're interested in attending please add your details here and we will be in touch.

Thanks
MNHQ

And you will have the chance to meet me and laugh at my hair! Grin

Come on you lot, surely I'm not the only one with a midnight piddler?

Gigantaur · 23/09/2010 16:47

it isn;t something that affects me anymore but could someone ask why it is that the dry nites are similar in size to nappies.

Surely the children who would be using dry nites are older and therefore larger.

My son is autistic and so was late to be dry, we couldn't use dry nites as they were too small. he was only4

I would be interested as I am having a couple of issues I want to sort with DD but have two kids so I guess that won't work.

Will I be allowed to bring my 9 month old? I'm in need of bedwetting advice for my eldest

lisad123isgoingcrazy · 23/09/2010 22:34

shame, my eldest is well trained and my youngest is still in nappies, I do like a good goodie bag and meeting Mnetters Grin

Done. Hope I get picked as I don't want to go down the wrong route for my lovely DS. Smile

Really would have loved to go but am at work that day Sad. ds finally has an appt with nurses though so hopefully they will help.

He wore pullups from 8- almost 10 and wet them every single night, never had a dry one. I took them away this summer and started having 2-3 (one week 5) dry beds a week.

AnnMumsnet · 24/09/2010 08:01

I'd really like to go but my DH has asked if he would be able to go too or is it just mums? Our dd2 has started wetting the bed and we are both struggling to help her.

AnnMumsnet · 24/09/2010 14:09

Coca - I'm checking for you - do fill in the form above and put this in the notes bit and I will let you know via email. Thanks
Ann
