nausea and Brown period ????

I had the mirena coil fitted over 2 years ago, never had a problem with it. I started spotting a bit yesterday and it was an off colour, but ive woken this morning feeling extremely nauseated and have a brown/black flow, has anyone else experienced this ???

I'm not sure Maggie ???? I haven't thought to test, I'm at the docs on Thursday so I will ask there, just feel awful, the thought of food is making me queasy
