Its silly i worked for them for years and now got myself is panic
Just called preschool to sort out fudning for DD2 in sept (she hasnt started yet) and teacher let slip that she had a phone call from CSF on Monday She said it wasnt a name she knew and wasnt one of the services that are involved with DD1 or DD2 atm.
Now no one has contacted me, but what could they be after? We have been coping fine and now im wondering if someone "helpful" has made referal and not told

Try ringing them yourself and saying you didn't know anything about their involvement.
In ouyr neck of the woods it wouldn't be unheard of for them to have got the wrong child or wrong setting!

they rang the right setting for her, as in thats where she is going in Sept. I dont know who is it that rang so no way of calling them.

It could be to do with funding. I know that DD1's funding was arranged under the bracket of 'Children's Services' even though the actual department was the Early years team, IYSWIM.
