How does one make sure that the statement is enforced?

So we have a statement and we have a school for DS (4.3), who starts reception in January.
My question now is: how do we actually know that, when the statement says 20 hours a week of one-to-one TA, he gets 20 hours, and not 10? How do we make sure that, when the statement says speech and language therapy in a group of no more than 3 children, there aren't 6 children in the group?
Does anyone else here wonder the same? Am I being paranoid?

Hi SC13 - we have just had DD's statement through I am thinking exactly like you. I have a meeting with the school in a couple of weeks at which I am assuming we will discuss the statement and how they implement it. I guess I will be trusting them to do as they say they will. I also intend to check with DD's teacher and 1:1 on a regular basis that the statement requirements are being carried out. No guarantee I know!
