Hi all, we are going to the Thomas Centre on holiday in August which is in Lincs and then to Drayton Manor to do Thomasland with our two ASD boys aged 6 and NT girl aged 8 in August. We have a couple of days free in between the two centres and wondered if anyone could recommend some ASD friendly activities in the area and in between. We are from NI so don't know the area very well - all suggestions appreciated!

Not staffs but leicestershire [next county] Conkers is great for play areas and a small train ride, google it, it might be hard with 2 asd children I only have one but she was a terrible runner when she was younger. Theres loads of active kind of things to do, plus the animal man and bare foot walk. Ecolgical edudation stuff indoors with touchy, hands on stuff. If you can cope with Drayton Manor, conkers should be a walk in the park.
Good luck and have a lovely time.
