There are leaflets for it everywhere in all the childrens centres. Just says ASD support group, call 'jane' at x childrens centre for more info.
I called once and left a message. No one phoned me back.
Called again today to be told that 'jane' only runs the group there but is based somewhere else and got a different number for her.
Rang the other number and they have never heard of jane!
No one else apart from Jane knows anything about the group - when its on, whether I can bring the children etc.

What a waste of a support group!!

Sounds to me as though Jane's the one who needs the support.

Very annoying though.

LOL you MUST be in my LA.

date protection request shows an EP asking the autism service if they could point me to the many autism services they have. Needless to say, I never got pointed as they don't actually exist in real life, only in their policy documents and internal propaganda!
