Ok DH has been under local hospital since his diagnosis of CML 16 months ago. TBH we are fed up with the terrible treamtent, lack ofinformation and also how many times results have gone missing.
We wants to transfer over to Royal Free where all the specilaist of this type of cancer are. BUT how do you do it? Do you ask the RF first? the specialist his under now? Not sure on process.

I don't know, but have you been in touch with PALS (Patient Advice Liaison Service) at both hospitals?

we havent been intouch with anyone yet, didnt know if it had to done via specilaist, GP or someone else

I'd second PALS, seems like a good idea.
