Just a quick Q to see if any of you have managed to find anything on this yet as I can't find a thing!
When the CTC is abolished for families earning over £30k in 2012, will we still be entiteld to the disability element?
We earn barely over 30k but have 4 children so isn't a great deal really, especially with the extra things DS1 needs.
The CTC really helps us to cope.
Has anyone found any information on this?
Thank you

I spent a lot of yesterday rooting around for the info (sick kids, so time to kill in between catching puke!) and found no info at all on it.

We're particularly concerned, since the most info I've found on the new level with 2 kids is 31-35K, which is right where we are. If that includes the disability element, that will have us several thousand pounds out of pocket, since we have 2 disabled children.

I can't find any info on where you stand if you have 4 dc's, you don't get DLA for the dc's but you do for an adult....
