What happens at annual review? Who goes? What's it for etc etc.?

We have our first annual review next week and I know nothing about what the purpose is or likely outcome.

Can anyone advise?

Yes they have told me the same, that they won't specify hours of support in any Statements, to comply with the Lamb Inquiry.

They are using the Lamb Inquiry to justify everything at the moment.

I'm sure IPSEA would be very interested to learn about it!
