Someone would have to uplift me from the crappy 'school staff playing political games with my daughter's provision' blues.
Well done for getting this far. I think I'm running out of energy for this continual fighting and we're only just at the start of the stat assessment!

Hi Agnes, you need Smellybill, great with a ditty!

StarOfValkyrie · 19/06/2010 11:05

Can't help with that, but letting you know I'll be keeping you company and also be glued to my computer for the weekend!

Its tough isn't it.
I am struggling to come up with a reply other than its all lies lies lies.
I think my LA have come up with the plan of being so unreasonable that if I set it out for tribunal SENDIST will assume I'm a fantasist and instantly dismiss anything I say...its the only possible explanation.

Have just been googling education negligence cases for a bit of light relief

No, don't start me off. I don't need to waste time doing that yet......

I also can't believe what a non-case they have. It's like their argument is 'you're suggestion is Rubbish' and that is about it. Nothing about how what they are suggesting is any good. It's a bit like an election campaign, soley made on the basis that the other party is crap, except, we have ample evidence that what we are doing is fantastic so - it's all a bit wierd!
