DD1 is 3.5 and has a diagnosis of verbal dyspraxia. We have had 10 sessions of NHS speech therapy but now nothing again until Mid september at the earliest. Anyone able to recommend a private therapist in Amersham/ Beaconsfield/ High Wycombe/ Marlow area?
Cannot believe how little support there is out there...

I do! Heather Saunders was recommended to us by a health visitor (unofficially) after we complained about the wait to get our DS assessed. She is based in High Wycombe.

Her contact details are at the bottom of this article that she has written about the Nuffield system for Dyspraxia.

I should mention we haven't actually used her as DS has since been diagnosed with low muscle tone in his mouth but I had her details on file in case we needed them in future.
