Just wondering what they are doing now (work/college etc) and where they are living really. My brother is 19 and waiting to find out if he has funding for a fourth year at college, if not he's moving either home to our parents or into a flat with support. Just wondering what where everyone else is really as we can't find anywhere that has autism specific housing, or even get funding for autism specific support (from the NAS etc). Looks like he'll either be on direct payments which we have found a nightmare so far in terms of finding with appropriate training or receiving support from a social services funded organisation with no specialist training.
Just looking for ideas really.
