Well his statements here and they have named the s&l unit I want in part 4 .Thnaks to ican reports ty for recommending them

Tomorrow I file for tribunal as they have listed gross/fine motor control issues in part 2 and 3 but no Ot quantified qualified.Though thereds a letter stating that they will consider looking at Ot reports and amending statements .Hmm doh nhs OT wants to see him once in school come September and opps that take me out side appeal dates and like trust the Lea with words like we will consider

You're doing the right thing. September will come before the tribunal in any case, so you may as well have the appeal in.

You're doing fine. However, is there anyway on this earth you can save for an independent OT assessment in October time? (about £400ish)

Star already contacted one that Nuro used got her application form am just waiting for latest reports from community paed which saw last week so can send with her form then going to book it asap .The cost means yet another few tight misearble broke few months but I know what Nhs Ots can be like so want some real ammunition .Herts used my private salt ep reports so am Hoping that with decent private Ot reports they fold before tribunal
