He returned from a residential trip last night... He had a great time telling from the photos he took.. Although i have only heard about the food and timing of food provided

behaviour he is being great.. It the stimming... Constant non stop flappy spinny in the corner of my eye and the tap tap tap tap tap tap that is going with it.

I need cake and tea! ( whimper)!

Auto pilot mummy has gone.. Honestly I'm better without a break. All it has done is bloody remind me that this is his life..
Quirky, never quite fitting in.. And how much he finds everything so much hard work... You know.. Just the normal everyday stuff that most of us don't even have to think about...
Living his life by learnt social rules and never really figuring out what is going on around him.. Trying to make educated guesses all of the time.

He hasn't really shown any excitement to share what he did when he was away.. And it's too much for him for me to ask.

He has flapped all day and emersed himself in starwars ( his current obession). We are going to see a friend this week who has a ds with asd. I was showing him the calander and explaining about the trip.
Oh good .. X will be my friend cos we can both talk loads at each other and he won't call me weird.

Tonight I could cry for me and for ds.
He's so bloody lovely.. But all the counting of his ties and fingers when he was born didn't help huh?

Okay brain dump over.. I have to be usual mum in the morning.
