We came home from our holiday early as looking after dd2 in a caravan was a nightmare, trying to find places to take the dd's was really hard work and we needed more sleep (dd2 would not sleep) .

We decided to have a day out closer to home (somewhere where dd2 could run around without causing trouble) so we went to Moors Valley near ferndown Dorset. We had a great day out, dd2 could run around, climb and make noise. The toilets were great (disabled ,baby changing and small toilets that dd1 could use), the cafe was a good size (enough room to get a pushchair/wheelchair around the tables), lovely picnic area and a park to suit all ages.

A great place to go with SN children.

Bump another good place have found is Paradise wildlife park in Hertfordshire not to big and is reasonably flat.displays inside the tent they kept space for ds so we did not have to spend ages waiting

lots of playpark bits you walk but further away from main one lot quiter.they even have a special park that they will unlock for you that has wheelchair swing ,roundabout normal swing but with high backed chair .also have a water play area
