Oh Bimmin heck, do I have to take on the tribunal as well?

So I send in my appeal. When Hertfordshire's 6 weeks is up they replied that the tribunal only sent them every other page and so they want another copy and another 6 weeks. Okay, annoying but I went with it.

So, the next 6 weeks are up, Hertforshire say they never received the appeal. It was found in Herefordshire. So the tribunal has now sent it to Hertfordshire and given them another few weeks.

Are you FUCKING KIDDING ME!?

Oh they are naughty, aren't they? So they waited the full 6 weeks before telling the tribunal service that they didn't get it?

You should complain using the Tribunal's complaints procedure. They will have one. At least it might stop it happening to someone else.

Yes, but won't that jeapordise my case. Perhaps I'll write to them saying that it has caused us great anxiety and leave the official complaints until we loose, thereby 'daring' them to let us loose!?

Would the LA do the same though?

Yes lou they waited their full 6 weeks, but it was the tribunal that made the mistake, and THEN the sent their correction to the wrong authority. HOW on earth can we have a fair appeal/hearing with all this maladministration?
