we were allocated 5 packs a month but never recieved them properly, now we have moved house, still nottinghamshire but different doctors etc and went to pick them up today and was told the 5 packs is based on 30 in a pack and as the oens we have only have 22 in a pack we should be getting 7 packs a month and she happily changed our card to say that and gave us an extra pack today as weve been short for so long!! so now we get 5 nappies a day, with very little fighting other than that i put on the form the health visitor filled in ages ago when ds turned 4 that he used 5-6 a day - i never expected we would get that!!!! result!!!!!

Woohoo!

Can you ask for them to be delivered? We do now (Leicestershire so not far from you).

Much easier!

Great news. We get ours delivered too, it is good service although I always leave a note if I go out so they don't take them away again.

excellent!

Davros, they should have an alternative delivery instruction note on the order? Eg Wendy house, neighbour, etc. We do as standard.
