Sent a form into the GP to sign, all he had to do was write down the dd's conditions and any treatment they have and then sign/stamp it.

So i go to pick it up today and he has not filled it in, with the form he has put a letter which basicly say's 'we no longer fill in housing forms as we have more important things to do' . So what do i do now? will the council except the letter i have from dd2's pead (which is 6 months old)? or will they say that the dd's have to share a room (which will be a night-mare)?

A paediatrician is senior to a GP so go back to them. Good luck (you'll need it with the Housing Dept!)

We have 2 letters from the pead (both saying dd2 needs her own room), the pead is also happy for the council to phone her if they need more info. I'm just worried that the council will say it has to come from our GP. The GP doesn't really have much to do with dd2, everything is done through the pead.

Send in teh letter with the note the GP attahced; they will then know why you haven't got the signature

Then call paeds office and send a photocopy of this form (becuase they will swear this is the form they need and nowt else will do) to them for a signature
