Does anybody know if British gas do reduced rates for disabled people in nappies/carers ?

Friend has a ds in nappies due to cp, it's costing her a fortune with all the extra washing, is this true or just rumour ??

i know some companies do but in actual fact they are still more expensive than some of their cheaper tarriffs such as the online ones but but they are better than the standard expensive tarriff, worth asking though!!

also if they have a water meter a lot of water companies do capped water rates if you get a letter from a paed or someone tating you need more water due to a disability etc
