Shes about to start primary school , and has been attending the attached nursery , with her 1 to 1 ,being the same person for the past 2 years.
DD4 has already had a meeting about her education and she is to continue having 1 to 1. this is an essential requirement because she has autism and gdd and could not cope without it.
can i insist that she has a continuation of support from the same 1 to 1 assistant ?.

I think it depends whether she has a statement and what that statement says. You can ask the school to consider employing the same person but they may say they can cover the hours with existing employees. I think it would be up to you to explain to them shy this would not be acceptable for your daughter. Try contacting your local parent partnership group. They will tell you what you are entitled to and how to approach it.
