is it me?
I am getting fed up with the "edgy humour" excuse
so would these who find this funny be the same ones who think it is ok to call people like dd rude names an gawp at her...........

Pathetic - Humour about serious subjects (death etc) is normal and diffuses tension but this sort of thing is just attention seeking bullying of the vulnerable.

roundthebend4 · 13/04/2010 11:26

i would not find it funny either seems evereyone accepts that to use coloured people as sopmeone to make fun of is unaceptable so why on earth should it be acceptable to poke fun at the mostr vunerable amongs us

Consider the source.

Can't stand the guy.

badkitty · 13/04/2010 15:56

Not funny in any sense at all. Can't bear any of those so-called comedians anyway. Didn't read all of the other thread, just last couple of pages, really pretty depressing how people have jumped to his defence though.

Not funny or justifiable. He's a knob.

troutpout · 13/04/2010 17:40

It's not funny
He is a knobhead

I read that thread when it started, and though there were some very valid points, didn't see it descend into what it is now.

I knew certain posters would be along with their opinion, so I tend to stay off those type of threads now as it makes my blood boil.

Certain posters exactly Riven

Oh that they would have even the slightest bit of first hand knowledge of what it is like to parent a child such as yours or 2shoes etc

Maybe then they would have a different opinion..................

grrrrrr

Do you know what I really hated? The Daily Mail's use of the words "victims" and "sufferers" to describe people with DS.

Ignorant.

Clearly Frankie Bile has never known anybody with DS, his loss. He's ignorant too, and worse, apparently unwilling to learn. The audience were also clearly ignorant fools.

I am also so sick of people excusing him. Ignorant too.

sneezecake · 14/04/2010 10:49

what a wanker, totally inapropriate nonsense he needs his man bits chopping off with a machete!

2shoes · 14/04/2010 10:54

I dread to think what the next generation is going to be like, going by some of the bigots on that thread, imagine what they are teaching their children
