Part 2 is ok they listed all his problems part 3 well needs a full rewrite Herts me thinks trying slip a blanket statement in with no mention of how much support ds is entitled to have and who and how to be delivered

Give them ONE chance to ammend it otherwise they'll try and stall you for years. Then put in your appeal.

Don't assume incompetence, they are strategically malicious imo.

And absolutely DO get SOS SEN involved.

Sounds like mine too! Complete and utter crap! Gives us less than we are already getting! I'm off to Tribunal too.

Second the LEA being malicious, and down-right nasty.

I have met very few more unpleasant people than our SN Officer. Don't they ever take a step back and think "Hey, this parent has a child with SN, that makes life tougher than for most parents, let's see what we can do to help."

No, they think to themselves, "This is a parent of a child with SN, lets hope that they are too tired and ground down by the stinking rotten system to stand up for their child's rights to an education, same as every other child. Let's keep saying no, putting obstacles in the way, and wait for her to give up and go away."
