I suppose people just do not think the same way. My first thoughts with a new venue is how safe and escapeproof it is (ds can be particularly umm inquisitive and adventurous in new situations but hasnt any sense of danger or dacorum).

Have had dd2 go to a half-term activity, classed as "accessible" - except that only the front lobby of the venue was accessible, the main activities were up a flight of stairs in the hall.

Grrrrrrrr!

LG arena, I'd like to be able to book tickets for Dancing on Ice tour, but you won't let me do tickets for a wheelchair user online! Grrr, my mate H uses a chair so we kinda need to know!!!!!
