my friend's DD is down syndrom

My friend's DD is down syndrom. she is also in Dubai. I was checking it on mumsnet & I found that they can claim some benefits. My question is that in Dubai also she can get these type of benefits or no. She is a single parent & it will be a great help for her.

I'm not sure about Dubai I would think your friend would need to contact her gp and see if he/she can point her in the right direction. A quick google shows that there is no social security in place in Dubai for the unemployed but I can't find anything on other kinds of support payments.

Also I don't know if it is a language thing but you friend's dd is not down syndrome she is a child who happened to be born with Down Syndrome.
