Hi
Would you be kind enough to log on to the Prime Minister's Number 10 website and sign these two petitions, please, by following the links.

Petition to: Better support, services, SEN assessments & statements for children with Aspergers in primary school
"Today I (Claire Parkinson)become the voice of my 9 yr old son diagnosed with Aspergers. Since he was diagnosed over 1 year ago his primary school has refused any extra support, services or even a SEN assessment. Reason they say his to clever. Suffering with a social communication disorder with added sensory issues I feel help is needed. He has been excluded for not following instructions and once back he is excluded from lunch breaks as staff can't handle him. I will have to collect and take him home everyday for 1 hr. Help! He has special educational needs and a statement is his only way forward in mainstream school. He is who he is and he should not be punished for this."

Petition to: Amend the regulations for Disability Living Allowance and Carers Allowance.
"Amend the regulations for Disability Living Allowance and Carers Allowance so that disabled individuals who continue to face additional costs as a result of their disability can continue to receive the benefit while they are in hospital and that a person who is in receipt of Carer's Allowance who continues to care for a person on DLA while they are in hospital for more than 35 hours a week can continue to receive Carer's Allowance. At present, those with severe disability and serious health problems loose benefit due to repeated hospital admissions. Parents of seriously disabled children are expected to continue to provide a high level of care for their children when they are in hospital and to meet exceptional costs, but all benefits stop because the child is in hospital."

thanks

I'll sign them for you but, I would advise you to go through and spell check them (his to should be he's too) for example and try to shorten your sentances.
Good luck.
