levels of learning difficulties and IQ

Been reading on net trying to find out what is classed as mild learning difficulties and moderate learning difficulties, trying to learn more about these, but its all coming up with IQ scores, but how on earth would you test IQ on someone who can't speak very well, so how do you determine which level of difficulty someone is on, iyswim

There are non verbal tests which an EP can use. They are scored in universal way determined by which assessment it is. The level of difficulty will be on a percentile or between a given score for mild, moderate or severe.

Yep. Ds has had these that show s his cognitave devlopment is within normal levels so this has caused issues for Lea because they kept saying ds was not learning as not caperable but now proved long as he is taught in approiate way for his disablites is as caperable as. The next child
