DS2 has just turned three and we have been trying to learn Makaton for a year. We have watched ALOT of Mr Tumble and I dint think we would get there but this morning he signed 'Teddy' :D and said the word.

I was so happy, and as he could see how happy I was he kept doing it over and over.

I even shed a little tear.

That's lovely, welling up a little myself at the thought of your lovely moment. Somehow the highs are all the sweeter when you've worked so hard for them. DS1 (10) got 12/12 in a tables test on Friday and if I could have driven him around the village in a float I would have!

Lovely!

DS2 (almost 4) started putting his hands to his mouth and shouting "uuh-uh uuuuuuh uuuuuh" just like Justin's should for Mr Tumble, the other week. Then he started blowing kisses like Upsy Daisy. These little things have me grinning insanely!

That lovely .

Dd's first sign was 'cake' after watching Mr T.

Ouryve - Dd2 does the blowing kisses like upsy daisy, always makes me smile .

It's even cuter that the mmm was followed by the wah! then the hand gesture, all one after another. His LSA didn't even realise what he was doing until I explained it to her.

This week's new cuteness is growling like a lion!
