I can access youtube on my (exceedingly cheap) £55 LG cookie mobile...took me a while to work out how to do it, but you can do it.

Dh has the iphone so we could use proloquo2go, i'm not really sure how suitable it is for dd2, she uses PECS but her speech has come along in the past few months.
