Final statement supposed to come today. Expecting it Friday. What about you?

Did you get your bundle Star?
Ours is due by end of week.
Wish it would just arrive the wait is driving me crazy.

No, but I'm told that it says:

1. LA can meet ds' needs if only I gave them the chance.

2. I'm crazy

3. Lots of out of date law.

Expecting it tomorrow.

Jumping in on this thread as we are just waiting for dx report, OT report and Ed Psych report but I'm thinking about sticking the SA request in this week but keeping it as basic as possible at the moment as I don't have all the reports. I'd assume we'd have to take it to a Tribunal in any event.

What do your reckon??

Is the SA request likely to lead to pressure on the dx team?

Yes thank you and it is hard to type. I've been shaking all day. Not because there are any surprises but at the sheer cheek of what they are saying and the way they are backing it up. I think they have a fairly week case, but not if I don't spend every waking hour correcting their rubbish with my evidence.
