Aw Trace
Have you got an epilepsy monitor for DD? We got one and it does help us sleep at night. A bit.

DS often shouts himself awake quite suddenly as you describe and, like you, we watched but couldn't see anything - though last EEG showed constant seizure activity during sleep so for him, it is almost certainly seizure related (again).

Clutching at straws, I know, but is there any chance she's having a bad dream? Or trapped wind? That makes DS shout!

I hope you get answers soon> It is a terrible worry when you don't know what is going on in there x

not trapped wind we let it out through her tube, i did think it was dreams to start with but after watching her i know its not, plus its every few hours, i have a feeling its seizures, i picked her up when sge did it last night she was like solid stiff!

You're right, you know when it's a seizure
Can she have a prolonged/24hr EEG? I know your old neuro wasn't too good helpful
