Saw this yesterday on another list.

Amazing man, very sad that he's gone.

A mixed blessing for his father who was always very worried about what would become of Kim if he died. Kim has been his life for so many years and I can't imagine how he must be feeling. I think part of the reason his dad has lived so long is that he just couldn't leave him.

Thoughts to Kim's family

I've seen a few documentaries with Kim in, and thought he was a fantastic man. So sad.
