dd speech gone all mixed up ,and she not had a seizure

since monday dd speech as gone all mushy we can not understand a word, this usally happens after a seizure but she not had one yet! am a little worried some thing mores going on.

Sounds like a nocturnal seizure, or 'seizure activity' that hasn't resulted in a 'full' seizure , but has still 'jumbled' the electrical connections in her brain IMO as an adult w/epilepsy. Could be that she was going to have a full seizure, but meds did their job and 'headed it off' (sorry for pun, my brand of black humour there...), at least that's how my Neuro describes it..
