Here are some suggested organisations that offer expert advice on special needs.

Anyone had Bowen therapy for their SN child?

We are currently trying to diagnose what my son has - seems to be something along the ADHD/ autism route. He gets extremely hyper all day long, doesn't tend to fall asleep until around 9.30pm and wakes so early.
Someone suggested Bowen therapy. I am happy to try out anything as long as it works. Has anyone experienced it?

I don't know much about ti myself but I know that a poster here trained in it. I think it was HangingBellyofBabylon, I haven't seen her around much though since her third DC was born. Sorry not much help there!

We did it with Ds2 for a while (there was a free clinic opposite our old house!) It certainly seemed to help his asthma and at the beginning it did calm him down - but this effect wore off after a while. Worth a try imo.
