anyones dc had the wine flu jab, if so can you anwer a couple of questions please

did they have any side affects and were they ok after it.
looks like dd will be having hers on 13th!! and just need to know what to expect thanks

Had it last Wednesday and seemed to have no ill effects at all - just a barely detectable pin prick on her thigh
I've still got a lump the size of a grapefruit on my arm but otherwise absolutely fine
DD has to go back for the second shot in a couple of weeks though

why a second shot?

DD is only 2 so they give it in two doses

I know that up until a fortnight ago, the double dose vaccine was all the stock the nhs had and what was planning to roll out. The single vaccine was then suddenly decided upon instead (afaik was being developed in tandem to double one)
