Hot water and the washing machine.

DD2 is being sick sick sick, far more than normal (which is quite frequent but we're kinda used to that) for no apparent reason, grrr!

3 baths yesterday, umpteen sets of bedding, damp duvets all over the house. And I'm fed up with Mr Tumble.

So what are you spending yours on this week?

meltedmarsbars- I'm also doing a lot of washing, dd2 has a poorly tummy (but coming out of the other end) so also getting through even more nappies. Even though she has a bad tummy she is still asking for food.

Mine is tube-fed so we have to do a "managed" return to full feeds each time she is sick or runny tum. She has a runny tum after every set of antibiotics - the last set finished a week ago and she is just starting to return to normal "down there".

Loverly, innit!!!

oh no poor you , dd reacts badly to antibiotics, this time i think its a reaction to her MMR booster, she seems to react badly to most things. Just fed dd2 some toast and counting down the minutes until it passes through her, so far so good.
Dd1 thought dd2 had eaten too much and said yesterday morning 'mummy ,i think dd2 has burst'.

Hope things get better soon meltedmarsbars xxxx

I have found two new outlets:

  1. a complete replant of the garden after ds1's massive and sudden meltdown last nigt that led to him hacking almost everything down with a stick.
  1. A great big notice board for the hall so I an do complex plans for every day and maybe just get a tiny smidgeon or organisation into one of them so I dont get rude notes home about X not being taken in today.

Oh an dsome lava lamps for a sensory thing, you'd think having a DH who works in elevtronic lighting i'dbe able to get them chreap wouldn't you? Oh no, not a chance!.

meltedmarsbars · 01/10/2009 14:08

Simplistica, don't you have a home-school diary for reminders?

Nope, there's a link book for ds1 due to his SN status but thats often ditched by DS1 if it'snot good news (!), ds2 has none but does have some operational memory difficulties himself (being assessed atm). DS3 has one as he is minimally verbal but is at a different school so things don't clash (that's always part of the thing I think- different schools etc- in 2 years I will have 4 at 4 schools if we get the unit we want for ds1!)
